Pharmacy Business Management Certificate
Program Description
Pharmacy Business Management Certificate Program is a practice-oriented training series to help advance you to the next level of success in today's healthcare environment. Sessions include topics such as building leadership effectiveness, effective communication skills, legal issues in employee relations, innovative practice models, exceeding patient expectations, managing practices successfully, understanding strategic management, and financial management for pharmacy practitioners. The ten courses in this series will be individualized based on a chosen career path in pharmacy practice. Certificate will be issued to students after the completion of 18-20 credits in the listed courses.
Admission Requirements
Admission into either of the following:
1. Students enrolled in professional doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the University of the Pacific
2. The Pre-Pharmacy Advantage program at the University of the Pacific that have full intent to complete PharmD.
Pharmacy Business Management Certificate
Students must complete a minimum of 18 units
